This is what Josh Feilbach said in regards to his business partner and now good friend Eric Call. Josh Feilbach started Superior Spray Foam Insulation in January of 2007 with the desire to start a company built on quality work, customer experience and crazy good insulation, spray foam. In the spring of 2013, Eric and Josh began working on construction projects together. In the spring of 2015, Josh had an opportunity to start working with several companies on commercial projects outside of the state of Missouri. This opportunity would require him to need someone to run the jobs in his absence. Eric joined with Josh as business partner, running the jobs and making sure that the quality that Josh had built the company on would not be sacrificed. Along with Eric’s addition to the company came the addition of a blow-in machine for doing traditional loose fill insulation. This allowed Superior Insulation to be able to offer less expensive alternatives of insulation in attics, both existing and new construction. ” Since the time that Eric and Josh started their partnership, Josh’s demands out of state grew, with this, Eric’s role in the business grew as well. In 2016 Josh and Eric came to an agreement that Eric would buy Josh out the business over the course of the next year. As of December this process is now complete with Eric being the sole owner of Superior Insulation.
